PTFE Medium-density sealer
• PTFE based sealer
• Useful up to 3/4" metallic screw joints
• Substitute for hemp and tape
• Seal for gas, air, water, GPL, hydrocarbons, oils and many chemical products
• Manipulation time: 20-30 minutes
• Functional hardening time 2-3 hrs
• Final hardening time 12-24 hrs
• -50°C + 150°C resistant
• Does not shrink and remains flexible, allowing seal to be undone
• resistant to vibrations, temperature variations, hot/cold water, gas, and glycol
Use
Remove any grease or oil from the screw, remove any chrome plating form the joints.
Apply the product on the first part of the external thread (male) and screw the joint.
Do no apply under –10° temperature
